Shipping

Everything we ship is tracked and insured in transit. Rates and estimated delivery windows are shown below exactly as they are charged at checkout.

Where we deliver

We accept orders to most countries and territories worldwide. Destination availability is confirmed with our supplier before dispatch. Delivery estimates count business days from dispatch, not from the moment you place your order.

Supplier availability varies by destination and watch. We confirm that the selected item can be delivered to your address before dispatch. If it cannot, we will contact you to arrange a refund.

How your order is fulfilled

SEIGEM is a curated retailer. When you place an order, we source your watch from our vetted supplier and dispatch it directly to you. This keeps prices honest and avoids warehousing costs.

Order confirmed. Your payment is verified and you receive an email with your SEIGEM order number.
Preparing your order. We place the order with our supplier. This usually takes a few hours and can take up to one business day.
Shipped. Your parcel is dispatched and we add the carrier and tracking number to your tracking page. You receive a shipping email at the same moment.

Your tracking number is not available the second you pay — it does not exist yet. We only publish a tracking number once the carrier has actually issued one. We will never invent a tracking number or a delivery date.

Tracking your order

Every order has a private tracking page. Guests receive a secure link by email; if you created an account, you can also see the order under your account.

You can look up an order at any time on the order tracking page using your SEIGEM order number.

Taxes and duties

Germany, France and the United Kingdom: prices shown include VAT. Nothing further is due on delivery.
United States: orders are shipped delivered-duty-paid for import purposes, so no customs clearance fee is charged on arrival. Individual states may apply their own sales or use tax, which remains the customer's responsibility.
Other international destinations: local VAT, import taxes or customs duties may be charged by your local authorities on delivery.

Delays

International parcels occasionally sit in customs or a sorting hub longer than expected. If your order passes the upper end of its delivery window, contact us and we will chase it with the carrier. If a delay is significant, we will email you proactively rather than let you wonder.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us within two hours of ordering and we will correct it before dispatch. Once a parcel is in transit, an address change is not always possible.
